Since its creation in 1998, BLM has been licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). As a result, our company is able to provide qualified staff with all the training and accreditation required by the Commission de la Construction du Québec (CCQ).
Whether for a new construction or the repair of an existing structure, the underwater intervention techniques used by BLM often make it possible to carry out work in an underwater zone without having to resort to costly dewatering measures. Our experienced teams enable us to carry out underwater work
efficiently while maintaining the required level of quality.
